Trusted Buff Exporters from India to the Gulf Region

Our Mission

Mad Era is a UAE-based General Trading FZCO company that exports halal-certified frozen buffalo meat (buff) from India to buyers across the Gulf region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. We are an exporter only, not a manufacturer. Our role is to source product from APEDA-registered, halal-certified processing facilities in India and deliver fully documented shipments to importers, distributors, and food businesses throughout the GCC.

Why Indian Buff Is in High Demand Across the Gulf

India Leads Global Buffalo Meat Supply

No other country produces and exports buffalo meat at the scale India does. Gulf importers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar who work with Indian buff have access to a supply base that is larger, more consistent, and more commercially established than any alternative origin. This scale keeps prices stable and availability reliable year-round.

Halal-Certified Processing at Every Stage

All buff exported from India is slaughtered and processed under halal-certified protocols supervised by recognized Islamic authorities. A halal certificate accompanies every shipment as a mandatory import requirement across all GCC countries, and Indian processing facilities have maintained this standard at large-scale commercial operations for many years.

Lean Protein at a Competitive Price Point

Buffalo meat is leaner than cattle beef and priced below equivalent products from most other export origins. For food service operators, ready-meal manufacturers, and retail buyers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar working within defined cost targets, buff delivers a quality protein that supports commercial margins without compromise on food safety or regulatory compliance.

Short and Cost-Efficient Sea Transit

Frozen buff travels from Nhava Sheva in Mumbai to Jebel Ali in 5 to 7 days, and to Jeddah or Dammam in approximately 10 to 14 days. This short transit keeps cold chain integrity strong and logistics costs competitive. Shipments to Muscat and Doha are also well within practical reefer transit ranges from Indian ports.

APEDA-Regulated Facilities with Government Authorization

Every processing unit supplying buff to Mad Era is registered with APEDA and operates under FSSAI food safety regulations. These facilities are government-audited with documented traceability, hygiene standards, and cold chain procedures that meet GCC import requirements. Gulf buyers are sourcing from regulated, authorized operations.

Consistent Availability for Regular GCC Buyers

India’s large buffalo farming base means buff is available in consistent volumes throughout the year. Importers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar who place regular container orders can plan procurement schedules without facing supply disruptions or seasonal price spikes that affect less established export origins.

Our Buff Export Process from India to GCC Ports

Step 1 - Sourcing from Halal-Certified APEDA Facilities:

We source exclusively from APEDA-registered, halal-certified buffalo meat processing units authorized for export to GCC countries.

Step 2 - Halal Slaughter Under Certified Supervision:

All buffalo are slaughtered according to Islamic requirements under direct supervision of certified halal authority representatives, with full batch documentation maintained throughout.

Step 3 - Grading, Deboning, and Cut Specification:

Buff is deboned, graded, and cut to standard specifications or buyer-specific trim levels, with offals packed separately by type in labeled food-grade cartons.

Step 4 - Vacuum Packing and Blast Freezing:

Cuts are vacuum packed immediately after processing and blast frozen to minus 18 degrees Celsius before any storage or container loading.

Step 5 - Cold Storage and Pre-Cooled Container Loading:

Product is held in temperature-controlled cold storage and loaded into pre-cooled reefer containers at port to ensure no break in the cold chain before the vessel departs India.

Step 6 - Full Documentation Prepared In-House:

Mad Era prepares the complete document set including APEDA certificate, halal certificate, veterinary health certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading before shipment departure.

Step 7 - Sea Freight to GCC Ports:

Reefer containers depart from Nhava Sheva or Mundra and reach Jebel Ali in 5 to 7 days, Jeddah or Dammam in 10 to 14 days, Muscat in 6 to 9 days, and Doha in 8 to 11 days, maintained at minus 18 degrees Celsius throughout.

Why GCC Importers Choose Mad Era Over Other Buff Exporters

Halal Certificate Included on Every Shipment Without Exception

Halal compliance is built into Mad Era’s sourcing requirement. Every processing facility we use is halal-certified, and the halal certificate is prepared before the vessel departs India. Buyers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar receive it as part of their standard documentation set for every single consignment.

Direct Sourcing, No Intermediary Agents

Mad Era sources directly from APEDA-registered processing facilities. There are no brokers or agents between the facility and the export container. GCC buyers receive transparent pricing and maintained traceability from slaughter to shipment.

Consistent Buff Quality Across All Orders

Every batch is graded and packed to the agreed specification before loading. Product that does not meet the agreed cut, trim, or weight standard is not packed. Gulf buyers consistently receive what was quoted, not a variation that requires renegotiation after arrival.

Complete Cold Chain from Processing to GCC Port

Blast freezing, cold storage, pre-cooled container loading, and reefer sea transit are all coordinated by Mad Era. The cold chain is unbroken from the processing facility in India to the buyer’s designated port in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, or Qatar.

All Export Documentation Managed In-House

Mad Era prepares every required document internally before each shipment. GCC buyers receive a complete documentation set before the vessel departs, enabling smooth customs clearance at all major Gulf ports without holds or compliance queries.

FCL and LCL Options for All Order Volumes

Full Container Load orders of approximately 20 to 24 metric tonnes are available for established importers. Less than Container Load options are available for buyers trialling buff for the first time or testing a new cut specification before scaling up.

Dedicated GCC Export Manager for Every Account

Each buyer in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar has one assigned export manager at Mad Era who handles all aspects of the order from sourcing and pricing to shipping and documentation.
