Trusted Chicken Exporters from India to the Gulf Region

Our Mission

Mad Era is a UAE-based General Trading FZCO company that exports halal-certified frozen chicken from India to importers, distributors, supermarkets, and food businesses across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. We are an exporter, not a manufacturer. We source from APEDA-approved poultry processing units in India and handle the full export chain from cold storage and packaging to sea freight, documentation, and GCC port delivery.

Why Indian Chicken Is in High Demand Across the Gulf

Halal Compliance Built Into Indian Poultry Processing

Indian poultry processing facilities that export to GCC countries operate under halal-certified slaughter protocols supervised by recognized Islamic certification authorities. Every shipment carries a valid halal certificate, which is required by customs authorities in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. The certification process is established and consistently accepted across all Gulf import channels.

Competitive Pricing for High-Volume GCC Buyers

Indian frozen chicken is priced below comparable poultry from European, Brazilian, or US origins. For supermarket chains, fast food operators, and institutional catering companies in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar purchasing in large volumes, this pricing advantage directly supports margins and allows competitive food pricing across the Gulf.

Wide Range of Cuts for Every GCC Buyer Segment

Indian processors export whole birds, boneless breast, legs, drumsticks, wings, boneless thigh, and IQF portions. Gulf buyers across retail, food service, catering, and food processing can source the specific format they need from one Indian exporter rather than managing multiple supplier relationships for different poultry products.

Short Sea Transit Maintains Product Quality

The 5 to 7 day sea transit from Nhava Sheva to Jebel Ali is short enough to maintain full frozen product integrity in reefer containers. Shipments to Jeddah, Muscat, and Doha are also within commercially practical reefer transit times from Indian ports. Shorter transit compared to distant origins reduces logistics costs for GCC importers.

APEDA-Registered Processing at Commercial Scale

All poultry processing facilities exporting through Mad Era are APEDA-registered and FSSAI-licensed. They operate at commercial scale with documented traceability, consistent grading, and cold chain management from slaughter through to container loading. This gives GCC buyers confidence in supply continuity and product consistency.

Year-Round Availability Across All Product Formats

Indian poultry production operates throughout the year without seasonal supply gaps. Buyers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar can place regular container-load orders on a consistent schedule and receive the same product format, specification, and quality regardless of the time of year.

Our Chicken Export Process from India to GCC Ports

Step 1 - Sourcing from APEDA-Approved Poultry Units:

We source exclusively from APEDA-registered, halal-certified poultry processing facilities authorized to export to GCC countries.

Step 2 - Halal Slaughter Under Certified Authority:

All birds are slaughtered under direct supervision of certified halal authority representatives with full batch documentation maintained for traceability.

Step 3 - Dressing, Cutting, and Grading:

Birds are dressed, cleaned, and cut to the required format such as whole bird, boneless breast, legs, or IQF pieces, then graded by weight and size before packing.

Step 4 - Blast Freezing and Vacuum Packing:

Processed chicken is blast frozen to minus 18 degrees Celsius and vacuum packed or block packed depending on the cut format and buyer preference before carton sealing.

Step 5 - Cold Storage and Pre-Cooled Container Loading:

Product is held in temperature-controlled cold storage and loaded into pre-cooled reefer containers at port to maintain the cold chain without interruption before the vessel departs India.

Step 6 - Export Documentation Prepared In-House:

Mad Era prepares the full document set including APEDA certificate, halal certificate, veterinary health certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading before the shipment departs.

Step 7 - Sea or Air Freight to GCC Ports:

Sea freight from Nhava Sheva or Mundra reaches Jebel Ali in 5 to 7 days, Jeddah in 10 to 13 days, Muscat in 6 to 9 days, and Doha in 8 to 11 days. Air freight from Mumbai or Delhi to Dubai takes 12 to 18 hours for urgent or smaller premium orders.

Why GCC Importers Choose Mad Era Over Other Chicken Exporters

Halal Certificate Provided on Every Shipment

Mad Era sources only from halal-certified poultry processing units. The halal certificate is part of every shipment’s documentation and is available to buyers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar before the vessel departs India. No shipment leaves without it.

Direct Poultry Facility Sourcing Without Agents

We source directly from APEDA-registered processing units, eliminating broker markups and maintaining full product traceability from slaughter to shipping. GCC buyers get transparent pricing and a clear supply chain from facility to container.

Consistent Chicken Quality Across Every Order

All chicken is graded, blast frozen, and packed to the agreed specification before loading. Products that do not meet the specified size, weight, or format are removed before packing. Gulf buyers receive consistent product quality across every container.

Full Cold Chain from India to GCC Port

Blast freezing, cold storage, pre-cooled container loading, and reefer sea transit are all coordinated by Mad Era. Temperature is maintained at minus 18 degrees Celsius from the processing facility in India through to the buyer’s designated port in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, or Qatar.

All Chicken Export Documentation Handled In-House

Mad Era prepares every required export document internally. GCC buyers receive the complete set before the vessel departs, enabling smooth customs clearance at major Gulf ports with no holds and no documentation-related delays.

Multiple Formats and Flexible Order Sizes

Whole birds, boneless cuts, IQF pieces, and offals are all available. FCL orders of 20 to 24 metric tonnes serve large importers. LCL options allow smaller buyers or buyers trialling a new cut format to start without committing to a full container.

One Export Manager Per GCC Buyer Account

Mad Era assigns one dedicated export manager to each buyer account in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. This person handles sourcing, pricing, logistics, and documentation for all orders.

We export whole frozen chicken, boneless breast, legs, drumsticks, wings, boneless thigh, IQF pieces, and giblets or offals. Buyers can specify size ranges, trim levels, and packaging formats when placing an enquiry.
